Transferring your number to Mobile Vikings is simple and free. Just file the order through our website, app or hotline - we will take care of the rest.

What will you need?

• Personal line: first and last name, passport (or PESEL if you have been issued one), current operator and phone number.
• Business line: company data (name, Tax ID, REGON and KRS IDs), phone number and name or company representative.

Select the transfer date:

• Prepaid: any date (but please check for possible penalties for contract termination).
• Subscription: with notice period or after contract expires (with no contractual fines).

We will send the new SIM card by courier or, if you select the eSIM, by email. Confirm card received in the app or your account on our website. We will keep you informed about each step - sending texts, emails or in the app.

It’s a simple process at Mobile Vikings. Duration depends whether you choose eSIM or a regular SIM card. If you have a prepaid number and order the eSIM, you can start using our services as soon as the next day. In the case of a regular SIM card, it might take 3 business days from the moment the order was placed. You can follow the whole process in the Viking App or in the internet Viking Account.

If you have a subscription and a contract in force, we have some good news - there is no agreement that cannot be terminated. It all depends on what conditions you have in your current contract. Sometimes all you need is a little patience. Unless you want to be hit with contractual fines with your current network operator - if he has included those in his contract (not cool.) You can place your transfer request up to 120 days before the commitment with your current network operator ends. We want to guide you through the transfer process smoothly: make it simple, fast and in a friendly atmosphere. Tips from seasoned Vikings: if you have a subscription-based contract, it is best to indicate you want to transfer when the contract expires. That way you avoid contractual fines. If you have more than one number with the current network operator, make sure all commitments are ended - including internet-only numbers.

After applying you will receive a text or email (depending on your selected channel) confirming the transfer date as notified by your current network operator.
